Airbag Sensor

I am working on my brother's 96 cav. It was in an accident and the Airbags deployed. He purchased an airbag set that included a sensor, but I cannot find where it goes. I am going to try to attach an image of the sensor. The one in question is the large sensor in the middle underneath the stearing wheel cover. Please Help.

sucks you forgot to take the airbag fuse out before you worked on it...i hate when shit like that happens
