92 caravan, no spark, no sound from fuel pump..

i was recently driving down the highway going 75mph, when my car did a little jerk and i tried to give it gas and nothing(my first thought was the trani) i made it to brakedown lane and it stalled, it turns over with no spark and fuel pump has no sound...we tried changing the coil, distributer, the relay switches along drivers side panel, with no luck..we have no clue what is going on, i'm trying to get imfo before having it towed to a mechanic..which i hope i dont have to do..pleeaasse help...

There are several places to look. First, check the fuel pump relay under the hood. They will ruin your day if they go bad as the car will stop suddenly, that may be why you aren't hearing the fuel pump run when you turn the key.

The fact that you have no spark along with no fuel is quite confusing in that usually only one problem will happen at a time not both. It is possible that the ECM has gone bad and caused everything to fail. Since you have changed a lot of parts already the only other thing I would suggest to get spark back is to change the crank position sensor. Did you check your battery terminals and the ground wires? A bad ground can cause all the problems you mentioned. If the grounds are good then I would start with the ECM.
