Hey Guys, I am trying to help my buddy out with his Grand AM

He has a 2004SE which he just repo'd from his ex-wife and wants to get new remotes and reprogram the system to accept the new ones, as his ex still has the origials.

Anyway, he wants to go to Pontiac to get the new remotes at $50 a peice, and I have found them on ebay for as little as 12/pair. My question is: can anyone direct me to the programming instructions for the new remotes so we can do it ourselves, instead of paying the dealer?

Wow, never mind, I'm an idiot. Stickies are there for a reason, eh.

Now, one more question, if I just buy a remote and re-program it, her old ones will still work, right?
