I recommend personal suffering
There are a few different writeups. vfaq: http://vfaq.com/mods/GCkit-1G.html plymouthlaser: http://www.plymouthlaser.com/93shock.htm I'm more curious about what you're getting for coilovers. Some will be easier to install than others, by quite a bit. Also, the installation for some could cost much more than you paid for the coilover.

Drop zone makes sleeve coils and a shock and spring set. Which do you have? Either way, I hope you haven't finalized purchase yet. New springs need better struts. Something to think about.
Either setup should install as listed on the above two faq's. Post back if you have any questions. If not, let us know how the setup rides. Good luck.
