I recently purchased a 1988 Jeep Cherokee Laredo. The girl I bought it from said there was something wrong with the clutch but didn't know exactly what it is. The clutch has next to no pressure when I push on it. I can drive it but am scared to do more damage. It also grinds when I put it into third gear or I don't push the clutch down as hard as I can when shifting. I bled the clutch line and got a little more pressure to it but not a whole lot. Can anyone help?!

Re: Clutch
You'll need to check and possibly rebuild/replace the clutch master or slave cylinders. Also check the linkage. Make sure all the mounting bolts are tight.
