Stupid old lady just put put a big dent in my car! OLD PEOPLE SHOULD NOT BE DRIVING!!

I hate old drivers! They either go 30 km/h in 50 zones, 60km/h on the highway in the fast lane, OR THEY BACK INTO YOUR CAR IN THE MIDDLE OF A PARKING LOT WITHOUT EVEN LOOKING! I was in the parking lot of Thriftys (grocery store), waiting to pull into a spot, when this stupid lady backs straight out without even looking behind her. I was right behind, like directly behind her, for atleast 10 seconds and she just backed into me and put a dent in the right front fender of my Camaro! So I quickly pulled into a spot, got out, and while I did that, SHE TRIED TO DRIVE AWAY! I HAD TO RUN AFTER HER CAR AND KNOCK ON THE WINDOW TO GET HER TO STOP! THEN SHE HAD THE NERVE TO ASK ME IF THERE WAS ANY DAMAGE TO HER CAR, WITHOUT EVEN ASKING ABOUT MINE!

This isn't going to cost me anything, I just reported it to ICBC and obviously it's entirely her fault, but MY GOD! Old people should not be driving when they are this fucking clueless! Not all old people are incompetent, my Grandpa is like 85 and he drives just as well as anybody else (he has a brand new 87 Grand National, so he sometimes drives fast too). But holy CRAP! When someone is RIGHT BEHIND you for ten seconds and you don't even fucking look! AND you try to leave the scene of the accident! YOU SHOULD NOT BE DRIVING!!!!!

This has just been a shitty car day. I just got a ticket for going 70 in a 40...what's odd is that it's the same cop that gave me only other ticket, and that he pulled me over a minute and a half after he clocked me on a completely different road.

Anyone know any tips or tricks to get out of these things? I am going to dispute and hope he doesn't show up at the court date, but any other hints would be great. I already scanned the ticket, there aren't any mistakes spelling/date wise or anything like that.
