oil pan

I have changed the oil many times in my 01 cavalier with no problem. My friend has an 05, and I can't seem to find the oil pan. Its a little different... Any help will be appreciated...

Thanks
Greg

Re: oil pan

Ecotec's have an integrated oil pan, i thought. You should probably just look for the lowest point on the bottom of the motor and see if there's a bolt. That'll probably be your drain plug.

Ha yes, I did find the oil filter.. I was a lil stumped at first.. After reading online I found out where it was located.. Ha its SUPER UNCONVENTIONAL!! I tried my 1 1/4 socket but found out it didn't fit.. After using an adjustable wrench, I was able to get it off...

Thanks Guys...
