how much power from the stock turbos? td04-09b
i'm considering using td04-09b's in a non-3000gt related preject and while researching them i found out that they are used in the 3000gt.
what is the most horsepower you can get from the stock turbos? (with all the right upgrades, fmic, injectors, etc) how many psi can they handle before they blow hot air? would anyone be interested in trading theirs for a pair of subaru td04-13t's? thanks in advance guys |

all depends on what car your putting them in and what kind of set up your using. On a Twin Turbo set up in a 3.0L v6, they are capable of holding around 10 psi to redline and around 15 psi before dumping in hot air. On a car with a smaller engine and less cylinders, they would be able to hold more boost because there is less volume to fill up. On a bigger engine, it would be lower. If your doing a single turbo set up with one of our stock turbos, you'll probably want to think about another turbo choice, unless your trying to turbocharge a weed-eater.
