dose any one know how to wire up a o2 sensor

i did a d15b swap and i can't find any info on the net for a change over to a 4 wire o2 and it wont stop throwing the code tell i get it fix'd. what i need to know is what pins on the cocmputer do i use and witch ones do what? to make it easy i got denso 4 wire and what wires off the computer should i plug in to the o2? thanks for any help. i want to get this code off its maken me crazy.

i have a 90 civic 4 door dx wiht a jdm d15b vtec and p28 computer.
