You can buy power window kits that use the current window regulator to roll your windows up and down, and you can buy a power locks kit. I'm not sure how hard it will be to install them, but it didn't look too terribly hard. I had spal power windows kits for all 4 doors and commando power locks kit for all 4 doors as well.

Yeah a junk yard tried to get me to do that. As for the door panels, no you don't have to buy new door panels. You couldn't if you wanted to. The metal piech that the crank is connected to stick out of the current door panel so a new one wouldn't fit. I was going to find someone that could cut a little out of the middle of it if that is even possible so make it fit inside the door panel so all i had to do was fill in the hole and make it smooth. The spal kits come with things to fill in the hole. Its just going to stick out from the door if you don't get it cut.

Re: how hard?

Yeah ducktape is great, if you want to look trashy. Believe me, I know about ducktape. I mean the Beretta stays together with it (the interior).
