Trans problem HELP PLEASE

Hi, I have a 1994 Ford Thunderbird 3.8 V6, Auto Trans. While driving at any speed the car keeps changing gears, even if your going 60 MPH in overdrive, it will still go in and out of overdrive. If your going 35 MPH it will go in and out of gears. This occurs on hills on flats and even with the cruise control on. ANY IDEA WHAT'S WRONG?

Well thats sounds just like what my 94 4.6 is doing too,I put a bottle of Lucas trans Cond.in it and it helped for a while,About a month. Now it`s doing again,I`ll try an other bottle of Lucas trying to baby it along untill I can aqfford to get it rebuilt.Ford makes some real shitty trannys.

Thanks joeyd50 ,I`ll give it a shot,I love my bird but Ford could of done better with there trannys.
