AF Buddy List?

After looking around on AF and asking a few mods,
I can't figure out if there is any function at all of the buddy list,
It doesn't seem to do anything... Anyone use it succesfully?
I think it was created and not finished (as far as programming,)

Thought maybe it would show when your buddies get online, but no luck,

*sigh* I didn't wanna start a thread about it, but I'm outta options,

Re: AF Buddy List?

That's just what it does, tell you when your buddies are on...

Unless it has another feature??

Re: AF Buddy List?

I have no idea what your talking about. But I have an "AF Buds" group in my AIM buddy list. Has 51 members.

Re: AF Buddy List?

It's a lot like writing a list of a few of your friends on paper and setting it a foot or two away from your desk and forgetting about it. Just think of it that way.

I think I have two names on AIM from here. Haven't even loaded it up in a long time. Guess I don't have any buddies here

Re: AF Buddy List?

It's been around since the dawn of AF, I do believe. Back in 2001 I added a few people, whom are still there, but I've never really used it.

Re: AF Buddy List?

I think the buddy list is a standard with the VB bulletin, it has been around since 2.0.0.
