what my performance gauges read...

alright,
1- on my Oil PSI gauge it reads about 75 psi at 3,000 rpm and on my haynes manual it says its supposed to read 50 psi at 3,000 rpm i dont have much done to my motor yet its short ram intake, 4-1 header, magnaflow converter and tsudo catback platnium +4 spark plugs bosch premium plug wires and 10w-30 quaker state full synthetic oil the oil level is normal even when i go past 3,000rpm it just sits at 75 psi but when i go below it the needle lowers as well. what makes my psi so high? my milage is around 170,000-180,000
2- now on the volt gauge thats just preschool stuff but just incase my battery light came on today and the volt level was at 11 or 12 which is 2 volts lower than normal of course the battery is going bad but does it really mean its just the battery? or not the alternator or something going bad? remember i have a 94 LS integra with about 180,000 miles on it
3- my air/fuel ratio works normally but it reads more red(lean) then bounces to green(rich) but only to like 2 or 3 lights i know to get more richness to balance it out has to do with the fuel system anyone know the best thing to do to give it more fuel and remember my motor is mainly stock and dont want to spend too much more money on it since i plan on getting a swap soon anyways

anyone who can help me out would be a great help

with the oil pressure gauge, just be concerned when it drops below 25psi. your oil pressure sending switch should pick it up by this time and oil light going off, assuming you made a T for the oil pressure sending switch. if your usng an electrical gauge, your not going to get accurate readings.

concerning the battery, why dont you just test the battery? voltage readings from 11 - 14.5 shouldnt be a problem.

your AF gauge is just a light show. its only useful for telling you when your o2 sensor is dead.

Re: what my performance gauges read...

1. ok first off an air fuel gauge is NOT an acurate way to read air/fuel....it is just for looks. get a wideband o2 sensor and check with that. Wide band o2 are very, very accurate, When tuning any vehicle a wide band o2 is used.
2. No idea about the oil
3. My Voltmeter reads 12 on idle and almost 14 when driving. Your battery may be going bad, or your alternator as well. your car will not read any higher than 12.5 on idle unless you idle at 1200rpms. it would not hurt to buy a yellow top with a new alternator. That was the FIRST thing i did when i bought my teg.
