Question Newbie

Hey people.... I've been driving my 96 VW CL for a year now and its been really good. But now I kinda want to spice things up a bit in regards to performance. My engine is reaching the 230 kms range.
Any recommendations that would be a good first step? Mind you I know buying a GTI would be great but don't got the funds to support that...lol

ebay has intakes that fits the vw's MAS sensor tube. You can also search for the DIY on how to shorten your shifter stick. Hope this helps.
