storm and metro blocks?

are storm and metro blocks the same? i can get a whole donor 1993 storm for like 175. only thing wrong is a blown head gasket. was wondering if i could pull the block and save as a back up for my car?

two completely different manufacturers! GEO Metro = Suzuki manufactured GEO Storm = Isuzu manufactured

So, it'd be about as easy as sticking a Neon engine in a Toyota Echo. Or like Mik gettin some :-P. Either way, it'll involve a lot of beer and time invested
