I would say no... my reason being...
I haven't seen or heard of anyone here or elsewhere using this and i'm pretty sure if it was worth it somebody here would have it already... Save the $2-300 and use it for something else that is proven in your upgrade path.... intake... exhaust...turbo... blah blah blah

with that 200-300 go buy a used 14b, another 90 to a bigger fuel pump....extremepsi.com has both 190/255 for 95, free shipping

Agreed. Not very desireable "mod" for the turbo cars. Let the ECU do its job, spend money on more air and fuel.
