FOG lights won't turn off...

Hey All,

I have a 02 GLX Alero. Saturday, I went to start her up, and she was dead. I went to jump it, and noticed the fog lights were on. The car was dead, the key was not in the ignition and the switch was in the off position.

It jumped fine, and I drove to my destination.

When I got there, I turned off the car, I noticed again the fog lights were still on. I ended up pulling the fuse to cut them off.

I tried to put the fuse back in on Monday, and they still will not switch off. What could this be?

I did notice a bit of moisture on the floor boards of the car, both passenger and driver side, as we had a heavy rain the night before. I am thinking water got in to the car. But, wouldn't that just short everything out....not make it continue to run? It is dry in the car now, and I still can't turn off these dang lights!

Any advice would be helpful.

Thanks,

KLC
