Re: custom headers for 1.8
A header won't really change the exhaust sound all that much. Didn't notice anything on mine with header and the stock cat back. Is it worth it to make a custom header for a 1.8? Probally not. It depends on what your gonna pay or how much time you will spend on it. To go through all sorts of trouble to make a 95hp engine push 100 doesn't seem quite worth it. peace

If sound is all your after, I dont think a header is the way to go. My friend put a new intake, catback, and then headers (in that order) on his car and the headers didnt seem to make much of a difference, maybe a little louder. I would get a catback if all you want is sound.
