New Struts

Hi Everyone,
My mechanic put New Struts in my car( Front end Only). They are the same as the original ones that come with the 528i, I dont know the name. My car sits up very high over the wheel well and I hate the way it looks. He says that they will settle and lower, what can I do to speed up the process? I was thinking about lowwering springs.
Any Help is Appreciated!!

Re: New Struts

lowering springs
more stability
but more problems coz ur car will be prone to underside damage
also , u must see if the ride comfort will be decreased

just check if by installing lowering springs, will it be compatible with stock shocks

It is not recommended that you mix lowering springs with non-sport shocks

Re: New Struts

thats what i said
the lowering springs will be shorter
thus, i think that the shocks must be those which are able to work with the shorter throw of the springs
