Well.. I finally installed my inner tie rods. The holding pin in question was like a lock pin that go through the tie rod thread and I consulted my neighbor who own an autoshop that the locking pin will just fail with a slight force on unscrewing the old tie rod & drive inside out and can be re-use after the installation of the new inner tie rods.
