14b question

Ok, installing the 14b was looking easy until i got confused with where the water and oil lines go....I have a new SS oil feed line and im using both 2g water lines. My questions are:
With the water lines on the 14b, are the directly opposite eachother on the turb? and which is the upper and lower?
Does the oil feed line go directly in between the water lines??

I am kind of confused by your question but if you look at the turbo installed the oil feed is on the top. Return is on bottom. Coolant feed is in back (toward block) return in front (toward radiator). I hope that helps.
