Determining Fair Price

I'm looking for a recomendataion for an Inspection and Appraisal in the Metro Detroit area. I am looking to sell a '72 coupe and need to know how to arrive at a fair price. I am the 3rd owner, all papers, 39,XXX original, matching, etc...
