Button and BAR

Can sombody explian the whole jensen button/BAR deal. Its 75% of leaders points at half the year correct. So in 1-2 races that would be half way point. Is it possible for him to make it? I honestly believe that the BAR is better then the Hp/williams. If he moves over who's ride would he take over.

Button has yet to score a point this season, whereas Alonso has 59 points. So there is no possible way for Button to have 75% of the leaders points. However, I question whether Williams still wants Button. They do not like to spend a lot of money on drivers. Both Webber and Heidfeld are working for many millions less than Button would cost and doing quiet well. If Button does come to Williams, however, I would lean towards him taking Webber's seat.

Re: Button and BAR

I still think Button is the most talented out there, and just needs the right combination to start winning mass amounts of races...unfortunately, some drivers never get there.

Button is like Johnny Herbert, good but not that good.
