It is located in the top of the engine block, at the back end of the intake manifold, just behind the EGR valve. It is difficult to see without a mirror and flashlight. The connector on it is hard to reach and unlock, using just your fingertips. It is most easily accessed from the passenger side of the engine compartment. If you have to remove it, you will need a special 1 1/16" x 2 5/8" deep socket. You can get one at most automotive parts stores - Oil Sending Unit socket. Those sending units are prone to splitting at the seams and leaking badly. I had to replace the one on my son's 93. We had thought it was a rear main seal leaking.
Good luck, if you have to change it.
