Question Power doorlocks out of control

1997 chevy blazer

Hello to all,

The power door locks in this chevy blazer has begun to go crazy. Using the keyless entry remote or regular key to open the locks either way upon opening, the locks begin to lock/unlock by itself on and off non-stop and out of control. While driving down the road the locks will unlock and lock at will automatically as if the vehicl is possessed!

Any thougts?

Have a good day.

Re: Power doorlocks out of control

sounds like a short in the system somewhere, my wife club wagon does the same thing in the rain, do you get a code or does your service engine soon light come? i would rather pound my balls flat with a 4 lbs sledge hammer that hunt down a electrical short, good luck.

I am not certain that I understand you asking about a code? Thanks for replying.
