O2 sensor went bad on my '01 Civic HX and I've tried Bosch O.E. and universal, neither of which worked. So now I'm thinking I have to fork out between $200 and $300 for a Denso OEM and there are none within 40 miles of me (that I can find). In the meantime my HX is now a DX, it went from 42 mpg to 35mpg. Any suggestions or brilliant advice would be welcome.

Your idea is good, I have tried all the local junk yards. I guess I'll have to expand my search area. I'm not sure if you can use a sensor off another model, that is a good question that I will post to see if anyone knows. Thanks. |
