Headlight help

Thanks to one of those 4 legged dears and a destroyed front assembly on my Sephia I now have headlights that hit the trees and dirt. I have had body shop make 3 attempts at aiming them with no luck. They dont adjust like old type. The light doesnt move only the internal bulb. I have even had a dealer body shop give it a try. Can anyone give me a good procedure to adjust them properly so I can drive safely. Thanks revrick3

oops then I have no clue you should be able to call your insurance and let them know that you can't see at night and this might cause another accident at that point I'm sure they will contact your body shop and make them fix it
