Looks pretty good to me, just one thing though, what happened to the lip on the rear bumper?

It's a good build, however did you glue the body to the chassis? Looks to be a small amount of glue burn around the paint joins. i would recommend you use clear glue or even a few spots of CA glue for sticking the body to the chassis.. Other then this, it's a good build, and a nice looking model.

Nice job, I'm working on this kit right now and I was looking at the spruces which are nearly empty, except for what looks like an identical set of door panels, and a different set up for the engine compartment. The only problem I saw was the instructions made no reference to them. If you know anything about it, let me know. Once again, looking great.

Hey,

Those extra parts are for the coupe version. Tamiya got smart and revised the kit when they released the spider. There were no seatbacks and um..other stuff. I'm not sure about the doors tho, but I know they were just extra parts. The engine compartment, was b/c the spider is diff.

Yes this is tamiya kit... on the rear bumper i had a problem fixing the chassis to the low panel...
i will post more pics soon with top on too!
For the painting i use tamiya yellow ( not flat :-) )
and then clear tamiya, all aero spray.
