Angry cracked bumper

some retard hit my car when he was paralel parking and doesnt have insurance so how do i fix a crack ed bumper if anyone can tell me

Body shop - junk yard - get a brand new one - get a cheaper aftermarket one

if its the factory uretane one you should just change the bumper cover.take it to a body shop, depending on the crack they might be able to fix it, but uretane is not like fiberglass i dont think they can fix it. this happened to me and I had it fixed at a body shop looked good for a month then cracked again in the same spot.thats why i just recommened making the guy who hit you pay for a bumper cover and the cost to paint it.
