The last one ain't fake, I've actually been to a fitness center in the suburbs that has an outside escalator just like that. Frickin suburbanites...

I'm gonna say the last one is photoshopped. Look at the rail on the left side of the picture, the paint behind it is not the same color as the paint on the escalator.
