faster truck

with my 2000 blazer LT 4x4 im looking for things to add performance(speed wise) to my truck. so far the only things i've done are dual flowmaster, and about to install a cold air intake(aftermarket from ebay). Other than that, i dont know what else i can do. any help would be great.
