grinding sound
I have a 2001 isuzu rodeo 4wd. I started having a grinding sound from the front driver side wheel when parking or pulling out of a parking spot. I took the car a few times to the dealer but the noise never occur during test drive. I look under the car and found the sway bar is rubbing against the shocks. Anyone with this problem?

Yep. Very common issue, especially with aftermarket shocks. The factory (POS) shocks have a plastic piston rod cover (instead of steel) that usually prevents the noise. Everything is a pretty tight fit on the front suspension.
G/luck Joel

Re: grinding sound
I have aftermarket monroes and they passenger side rubs a bit. I think the solution is to losen up the sway bar and slide it back over.
