Torque specs on fuel rail

Does anyone know the torque specs for the three bolts holding the fuel rail on? I just put new injectors in and now it's leaking I checked everything else but I don't want to strip the aluminum threads...

Re: Torque specs on fuel rail

Just a torque wrench. Google torque wrench to see the different types--they're cool tools

Re: Torque specs on fuel rail

Just a quick comment on this topic. No matter how tight the rail is, it has nothing to do with the sealing of the injectors. The lower seals and upper orings take care of that. Its not like a HG or a water pump gasket where clamping force is required for sealing. So that's why the torque value is so low. Its just to locate the rail and keep it from falling off. I just wanted to point it out for the newer guys, since knowing these basic fundamental concepts can make figuring things out on your own a little easier, take some of the mystery out.
