1997 MPV shakes at 50 mph what could be?

Hi fellas I have an MPV 1997 with 97,000 milles I just bought it when I was coming on the hiway at 50 mph it shakes a litle I thought it need wheell balanced I did it and still shakes, I change brakes, and still shakes, I did wheel aligment and still, I bought new tires and rims I got them balance to and still ball joints are good ,thats what my mechanic said, suspension is good all arms are good,can somebody tell me what it could be, I change the rotors 2 ,please any help here,

does it happen at 50 only or at 50 and above. do you have an automatic transmission
