Clutch click
Hi,
I've got a 2000 Civic Si with 68k and every now and then while releaseing the clutch I hear a single click. It sounds like its coming from the tranny. I suspect the clutch or release bearing. Has anyone heard of this before? Thanks in advance. |

Re: Clutch click
Thanks for your reply.
Interesting, I can make the click with the engine off. So I don't know if we have the same issue? |

Re: Re: Clutch click
I too have this problem on my 97 Civic since I came back from a month's vaccation in december. I would get a click sound irrespective of whether the car was on or not. Don't know if it still makes it or if I have stopped noticing it. It didn't seem to effect anything though.

Re: Clutch click
Hmmmm, I wonder if I can take the boot off the slave cylinder and have a look in there...
I'd hate to pass it off as a non-issue and have it come back and bite me in the ass later on.... Thanks again for the replies.
