Question short throw shifter?

hey i have a 6spd and i have been askin around and i heard that if u get a short throw shifter that it can improve your 1/4 mile time up to .5 seconds. They are only 165 bucks for the Ripper shifter do u guys think it owuld be worht it or do you know?

definatly worth it, dunno bout that half second improovement or not, it would depend heavily on your skill with a manual on weather or not the benifit would be that drastic.

i have a hurst and i love it, it completely changes how your car feels to you. definately will improve your 1/4 mile times also.

i am talkin bout a 95 camaro you prick!! and the only reason i joined this hellhole is to find out bout it i didn't mean to get everybody arroused, i was just wanting to see if it was real so excuse me for just wantin to find out some info on a car (that prolly isn't true) LOL!!!!!!
