alarm went off, car does not start
Hi all,
This morning at 4 am I woke up with the alarm of my Clio Privilege 2001 (also the neighbours). I got out to check the car, but the remote did not work. So I opened the door manually using the key, got into the car tried to start the engine, but there was no light on the dashboard (nothing, not even one single led). Then I took the key and got out of the car, closed the door, and alarm stopped.
Now alarm goes off when I open the door, but I cannot start the engine.
Any ideas what might be going on? Would a flat battery cause this issue?
