Question inertia switch?

I'm trying to help a friend of mine. He has a '93 MX6 with the 2.5l 6cylinder motor. He hit a curb a while back and he hasn't been able to start the car since. Sounds like there is a problem with the fuel pump, but after he replaced it, same thing kept happening. Am I right in thinking he may have tripped the inertia switch when he hit the curb? If so, where on the car is it located? Thanks in advance.

Re: inertia switch?

Is it getting fuel? Spark? Have you checked if the timing belt is still there?
