The concept did. Check with CADguy, he's building one.

Re: Revell VIper Srt10

There was a carbon concept car shown at SEMA this year.
I don't think the production car is carbon, as there is a 100,000 mile rust through warranty on it on the Dodge website

I'm currently working on one similar to the carbon concept car.

No, I work at a Chrysler dealer. The panels are made out of a plastic composite. No carbon fiber here, otherwise the price would rival the supercars. Still fast and loads of torque though. Mike.

Re: Revell VIper Srt10

Ya, I worked for dodge for a year and the viper's every day, no CF anywhere. There are a few I would like to build.

MAMBA White Viper (also in black and I think red 200 each color. This has a red and black interior and other then body color viper badge its red.)

VOI-8 Yellow viper with dark rim's (only 50 made, I worked at the dodge dealership in Dallas that they all went through out of the factory. I was also the person who leaked the photos to the public. Owners played 95k without seeing the cars and no one told me I couldn’t put them on the Internet. I have some good photos that I will put on my Blog soon.)

There are also the new copperhead vipers I think 300 each year so far only one year. But when making this you would need to make your own rims.

Then the new hardtop that would need to be custom made…

Re: Revell VIper Srt10

Yea, check here for the carbon fiberness.. http://www.automotiveforums.com/vbul...d.php?t=418133 It's a really fun thread lol. That orange color looks hott! Dont like the rims tho. You got pics of the hardtop man? Good luck on your SRT-10 Brian.

Re: Revell VIper Srt10

Ya, there are a few thing's that you can see in my photo's, yellow trim inside and yellow viper on seat. Black viper badge, nothing different with engine. The biggest thing would be the VOI badge on the fenders but I think the shot I have would be good for a decal but are actually painted on as well as the stripe on the hood. Also the wheels are smoked black.

Link to hardtop’s. There are two blue prototypes the one with the widest stripes is the oldest then was the thinner stripes that made the car look longer then the red one with the sick wheels.

*EDIT* o ya the copperhead uses the hardtop concept wheels, that the paint and the number is what makes them rare.

The kit is pretty cool, I've already started my white Mamba edition . That's the coolest looking new Viper I've seen...almost sophisticated.

Re: Revell VIper Srt10

Oh that hartop. I thought you were talking about a hard "top" for the convertible. I don't like how they used the previous generation's tailights. That looks really cheap and sux...Thanks for the more pics.
