need help with a 4 wire o2

i put a d15b in my 90 civic and runing a p28 and need to put in a 4 wire o2 what pins on the computer do i use to run it?

on the new o2 whats wires are what. i got a blue and white and 2 blacks. dose any one know what the wires are? its a denso 4 wire o2

power and ground for the o2 heater. and signal for the o2
