keyless remote
Is there anyway to program a new remote without going to the dealer.
The car is a 2002 Alero

Alero Remote
From all the research I did on an 01 Alero, starting in 01, GM fixed it where a new remote has to be programmed by dealer. 2000 and earlier had a tricky way for the guy at home to do it, but no longer.
