Angry 95 jimmy runnin like crap

ive got a 95 gmc jimmy..it runs like crap...but its not the cpi/spider unit just changed it....i took the upper intake off this morning and found oil in it....can anyone tell me what i should look for to find why it is in there...all help appreciated...

Check your egr valve also. They're bad about getting stuck open from chunks of carbon from the engine.

I would check for faulty intake manifold gasket.

definately take egr off spray cleaner in it and a little air then get a screened gasket to put it on with thatll prevent carbon in egr that always happens in those

When you changed the CPI, did you change the nut kit?
