what springs out of the 3 should i get?
what springs do you guys think i should get? H&R, Tenzo, or Neuspeed?

depends on your set up. id go with either h&r or neuspeed.

why not just get TEIN? or eibach? but if those are your choices it would depend on your setup. out of those i would personally choose H&R.

I would choose H&R before all listed above.

h&r are the best bet for overall performance.
The tein arent that great, and if you are lowering the car for looks they dont drop it much either. I've also heard they arent really performance focused either.

no TEIN lowering springs arent really performance (ive got em) they are a really nice ride though. I like em.
