2003 Mustang Convertible Power WIndow CLanks when rolled down

When I roll the front windows of my 2003 Mustange COnvertible all the way down they clank at the bottom.. Sounds like metal on metal.. Both windows do this.. I just bought this car used.. Is this normal? If not how can I fix this?

THanks.

Joe

your stop on your motor broke take off your paneling and disconnect the whole motor and take it to pepboys so they give you the right part of the motor for sure or try ask pep boys if they have the parts buy them and see if they are the right ones

if you don't really care too much about saving money just replace your motors for your windows it will save you one hell of a headache
