Headlight motor noise?problem?

Hey guys,
I just bought a 94 formula firebird. I noticed the headlight motors would make noise after they go down. It sounds like the motor keeps running after the lights go down. Is this a common problem? Does it hurt anything? Any ideas?

Visit ebay buy the brass gear and never mess with it again.

Done the job before no big deal 30-45 mins.
