Venture Rough Idel

Hi,

I have a 98 Venture w/ 3.4L, and at idle it surges, about 2X every second. At fast idle or hwy speeds it runs OK, surges only at low idle.

I am not seeing any codes on a scan tool.

Any ideas?

It looks like a vacuum leak to me. At first, I would check the vacuum tubing. If that's not the problem, i would take a look at the top manifold gasket (plenum gasket), and check for a leak there.
