So, which motors on that site go into our cars easiest? I didnt see anything specific for accord. That doesnt mean it wont fit, just takes some work right?

Re: cheap h22a

about 95% percent of the stuff on the two engines are able to be used on both......I.E. accord crank pulley on the h22, accord fuel rail/line on the h22 engine.....etc.....

just do a search...its all out there!

Hey, I was just looking at that site...

Now, I saw that s2000 engine, and I wouldn't mind having something in there with that kinda power, especially for only a 4 cyl...

Now, heres my question, do you think there would be anyway to either convert the engine to a fwd, or convert my accord to rwd, without spending a whole lot of money. Would it just be as simple as replacing the tranny on it, like using my own accord tranny, even though thats due for major repair right now anyway, or would there be even more work to do on it?

Or should I stick with a standard h22a swap

Re: cheap h22a

I'm always intrigued by folks who even CONSIDER a rwd/fwd conversion, and ask here about whether it would work. It kind-of makes me wonder whether they really know enough to tackle ANY kind of an engine swap (even like for like).
