Windshield washer pump

Hello,

My pump just stopped working, but before I go and spend money on a new pump, I would like to see if its a fuse problem.

However, is there a fuse for the windshield pump?

I know theres one for the wiper motor and sometimes a fuse will share 2 or more accessories. i can't seem to find the washer pump on the locater diagram on either fuse box relays inside the passenger compartment or in the engine bay.

Re: Windshield washer pump

I looked at the AllDataDIY diagram and it all shares the same fuse.

Had the same problem with my Intrigue. Today I ripped out the washer pump motor. You can split the plastic motor casing and take the motor out of the plastic shell to clean it up. The problem with mine is that water got into it and siezed it up. I broke the motor shaft free and then sprayed it with a good lightweight penetrating oil. It seems to work fine now.
