Question Face Plate Removal 02 Civic

I have an 02 Civic, and i'm really good at wiring, but i don't know how to get the face plate Covering the car stereo (Mounting kit plate) off. It's only a little piece of plastic, and i'm sure i could rip it off, but i'd rather not inflict any damage on the stereo. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks.

Re: Face Plate Removal 02 Civic

The whole pod has to come out, tough to get out the first time. Check out www.7thgencivic.com there is a lot of DIYs and post on this subject.

You will probably need a mounting kit and for sure get a wiring harness adaptor.
