Question 98 Intrepid - Stereo/CD - No Volumn

My dealer is having problems fixing this. My battery died a few weeks ago and ever since the stereo plays but there is no volumn. I tried the fuses, including the one to the Power Amp. I had a replacement stereo from a previous casette - CD change out. Same result, the stereo played but there's no volumn. Any Ideas??

Thanks

Rob
